I only have one complaint... I didn't know the width of this shredder was not as wide as a regular sheet of paper. It does shred fantastic and the convience of being on top of my desk is great tho. Just having to fold the papers in half to fit it thru the shredder is the only hassle. Other then that it is great!

We have had this shredder since Christmas. The desktop size was a great feature, but the width being only 1/2 the size of a sheet of paper was it's only drawback, until today when it seized up while shredding single sheets folded in half. Til now it worked fine, but this might be the end of it. I'll be searching for a new one, with a wider opening this time. Even just keeping up with our junk mail, this one isn't proving to be tough enough.
