It came nice and prompt and fits well when you don't have a lot of floor space. I don't know what the other person was talking about. Our water cooler made the water hot and cold rather quickly.

I purchased this here in December for a gift. I"m glad I decided to try it out before I gave it to my parents. The water would not get cold the only thing this machine has on it is to get cold. The motor just hum. I call the hot line. They said the light probably burned out. WRONG the compress never kicked in to cool the water. I took it back to the store lost on shipping which wasn"t cheap. This machine does have a nice stainless still bowl that the water pours into. That's all the good i can say. I hope no one else has this problem. I just got a bad compressor that wouldn't work.
