Purchased as a gift for our 80+ yr old mother. She was pleased with this except for the fact that there is no pressure adjustability. She did as suggested on the affixed tag and added a layer of padding (towel) to make the massage more comfortable since it was a bit much for her aging bones. The roller feature is fine once width is adjusted. She will make more use of the "Demo" mode since that was suggested by another. She probably will not make use of the heat feature so no recommendations there. Delivered in a timely manner without any packaging except original box. Happy that it didn't sit out in an open area for too long, for all to see, before I was home to retrieve from front porch. Good things like this could easily disappear!
