I was astounded that this would really work for those very deep pimples that usually scar my face. After two applications the raised bump is completely gone. Easy to use.

My son has been having breakouts on his back from his football pads and are very painful. My best friend suggested Zeno and we had great success. I would strongly suggest this product to anyone who has teenage children.

I bought one after reading the reviews and I must say this thing works! As long as you follow directions and use it on the acne it says it is effective on, it works great!

Honestly I think a hot wash cloth works just as well. All it does is heat up your blemish causing the pore to open. Anything hot will do that, even a hot shower.

My girlfriend bought a pink one a few months ago and is always trying to use it on my face and back. I finally gave in one night a few days before my brother's bachelor party when I felt a pimple coming on around my chin. To my surprise, and her "I told you so", it worked. So I bought my own non-pink one. I keep it in my bathroom and use it sometimes as a 'just-in-case.' Thanks!

I have been using my zeno for about a year now. I keep it in my purse for those 'oh my goodness' moments. If you catch the zit or pimple when you first feel it coming on, it works wonders in a few hours. If you don't get it at first sight, then it takes a few treatments. It was well worth the money and I've only had to buy a few refills. My boyfriend steals it a lot so I'm buying him one for Christmas!

I bought it thinking, "if it costs this much, it has to work!" My face is actually worse, since I've been using this for almost a month now!!! My pimples are redder, and my husband said, "oh...your used that thing again today!" It is a complete rip off, but I am going to try to return it today, because it said that you can return it within 30 days. I am not sure if I have to return it to Zeno Co. or if I can take it back to Target. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk! Spend it on a dermatologist instead!!!

I recently turn 38 and start having embarrassing outbreaks, which I thought were just for teens. I was wrong! I did not want lotion that dry my skin out because at my age I work so hard to avoid fine line and wrinkle, which dryness just exacerbates. Zeno solve my problem since it involves no harsh chemicals, just low heat. I just put it on the pimple 2x the first day and say goodbye to embarrassing pimples the second day.

After unsuccessfully trying a couple other acne products, I bought the zeno about a week ago. I initially had 2 very large pimples and after zapping the first night, they were invisible the next day. I now swear by it!
