This does not work for me. I've tried it on 3 different zits so far and it does not work. All it does is make the spot feel warm.

I bought this device when it first came out to use on some cystic acne and some small millea-type acne. I used it twice a day and went though two refills. I saw no improvement. I was very disappointed.

After reading the reviews and doing some research, I decided to splurge on the Zeno. Well, I'm afraid to say that was $150 down the drain. I tried it on both cystic acne and mild acne and it did nothing except feel like it was baking little marks on my face. I treated as directed a very small pimple on my upper lip that would usually go away on its own in 3-4 days - with Zeno, it lasted 5.

Invest in Proactiv instead - it actually works.

Ok i had to talk my mom in to buying me a $150.00 pimple popper type thing. There are 2 major reasons i want to return it. First off it says painless. Well it's not. It uses heat witch hurts! After awile you get used to it. Bu it does sting at first.2nd IT DOESN'T WORK. It is making my pimple stay there longer. My pimples usealy are gone in 2 to 3 day. Well the one that i used it on has been here for a week! I dont like it. Save yourself $150.00.

I bought this with the thought that it probably would not work. But to my surprise it really does work. I now have my entire family using it. And when I need to buy a gift for someone,I am planning on buying this. This is an amazing invention....to bad it wasn't around a long time ago. It works so well. We use it all the time and our faces have never been so clear. Can't say enough about it to friends...it is the greatest tool for fighting acne....and winning the battle...truly! BUY IT! It is kind of expensive but it is worth every penny! My friend is pregnant and can't use to many things on her face....but this only uses heat, she thinks this Zeno thing is a wonder tool. The greatest thing ever!
