I bought and returned 4 floor gyms before I got this one so you get how fussy I am. I thought my kid was going to outgrow them before I found a good one. This one was perfect for us. I've added toys to mine to change things periodically and its easy to find toys to go with it. My favorite feature is that you can use it as a safe nap center for a little baby by putting all the sides up. This has been great for visits. Then it becomes crawl tunnel when they're older. They can use it from birth until they are walking. I wish I had found it sooner.

Purchased this for my granddaughter when she was 2 mos old and just purchased another one for my new grandson. This is the best one out there. Grows with the cild. So many options on how to use it and great tos included plus youu can add your own.

Our daughter is 9 weeks old and loves this gym already. The folding sides are perfect for her age because you can attach some of the shorter toys to the side loops so that she can reach them. She smiles and bats at them and with the sides up she can reach two hanging toys, two toys attached to the side loops, or look at herself in the mirror. It's good for tummy time too. If you put her at one end the toy dangling from the center bar at the other end is at the perfect angle for her to look at. Granted, the sides are plush and might pose a SIDS risk if you let a baby sleep in it unattended, but that is not the purpose of a gym so I am not too concerned.

There are only a couple of down sides. The bars were extremely hard to get in place. However, once they are finally in there I have no fears of them crashing down on my baby, so it's not all bad. Also, the motion sensor on the bee is inconsistent which means it doesn't always reward her swat with a little burst of music. Overall we are very pleased.

I was so excited to start to use this play mat! Once I started to put it together I got frustrated. The arches are SO hard to get into the clothe material and the velcro does not always stay fastened. I tried my son in this when he was about 2 months old and he is already from end to end with the sides closed. I tried to return this play mat, but it is past the 90 days so I am stuck with it. I am going to try it out more this weekend, but so far I am very disappointed in this mat for how expensensive it is!

This is a wonderful gift. I put my newborn in it for naps instead of the bassinet because it is easier to watch her.

She stares at the bug that lights up with different colors and the mirror. The music is great and I love to listen to bug sounds. I also like that you can move the bugs and mirror around to adjust to the baby. It is really colorful and I feel that she is safe.

What's even better is that I hear a crinkle (the bottom makes noises in some areas) which lets me know she is moving when she is in for a nap. It is light and easy to move around.

It's kind of expensive for a mat but it is worth it! I look forward to use it with the other stages. I love it!!!!

I bought this for my third baby, after having a cheaper floor mat for my other two. SO glad I did! She loved it! The music it plays is really cute and the volume can be controlled - always a plus! It has gotten it's use, being passed down to my 2 nephews who also loved it! I think the hard sides give them a sense of security, so it's similar to a playpen that doesn't feel like another big baby item in the living room! It's packed up nicely waiting for either my next baby or another niece/nephew who can get great use out of it!

I was skeptical about spending this much on an item but my son loved it. The mirror and musical ladybug are my son's favorites. He never reached for anything until we bought this and now he loves to reach and play with the toys!

I bought this for my very first great grandchild to be born. I can only write the review from the remarks from my granddaughter. She was so pleased with how it went together, and how nice it would be for the baby. Loved how the sides folded up for some degree of safty for a new baby. I was pleased I spent the extra to get this particular one.

The thought of a convertible toy was very exciting to me. But the toys aren't that interesting, the colors not that fascinating. The walls never stayed as straight up as the picture they kinda leaned in one direction a little.

It's a little bit annoying to put together (threading the velcro on the toy bars through the loops at the bottom, putting in the plastic walls into the sleeves).

I also stopped to think, if padded crib bumpers pose a SIDS risk, this toy certainly would also. I was always worried my kid would roll into the side and get stuck with their face against a padded wall.
