My 3 1/2 year old daughter got these today and LOVES them, she's been playing all afternoon and her eight year old brother just got home from school and sat right down to play! I gave her a large, rimmed baking sheet to pour these out on and it works perfectly to hold it all "together" and pour back in the "cookie jar" when she is done. Well worth the [money] I paid for them!!!! (on sale) I have a feeling we are going to be buying more soon!!!

Both of my girls love this toy... they are 6 yrs old and 3 yrs old, and this is something that they enjoy playing with together and they keep their attention longer than most toys.I kept my eye on these at the store several times before I purchased them and I'm so glad I did. They love to play with these at the table while I'm cooking...it's a great distraction!! And with girl #3 on the way, I'm certain we'll get a ton of use out of these... they don't get old...they can create something new every time. Great toy and highly recommended. Well worth the price!!!

These beads are so fun! My three-and-a-half-year-old and I make new jewelry every day. Builds fine-motor-skills and hand and eye coordination skills- I don't recommend these if you have small children or pets that like to chew on tiny things- They can "escape" the clean-up process occasionally! The colors are great and it's so fun to do! My daughter likes to play with them during dress up, with her dolls, with her older 6 year old cousin(who asked for them for Christmas since playing with my daughter's set!), & sometimes she makes mama a necklace to wear to work! How cute is that!

It's true, the picture does not do these beads justice. This is a wonderfully funky and unique set of pop beads. I actually had a blast making things too, you just can't resist. Anytime other kids come over, this is the first toy they go for! I've never seen a group of four year olds sit and be content for so long! This has received a toy award for a good reason and I HIGHLY recommend it.

My 3 year old got these beads as a gift. She loves them and has played with them everyday since she got them. I would recommend them and I will also be buying them as a gift for my niece!

Our older daughter received this toy as a gift for her 5th birthday. It was an instant hit, and our girls play with it nearly every day. They love to experiment with colors and shapes, and snapping the beads together is great for hand-eye coordination. It is difficult to tell from the online photo, but the set contains some very interesting shapes and pieces. It has been fun to watch as the girls' creations grow in complexity. This is a toy that can be enjoyed by children in a wide age range. our teenage babysitter loves it too!

Love these beads- I bought them a couple of years ago bc they reminded me of the beads we had growing up- only these are much brighter and better shapes and spacers. I have had them in the attic and got them out today because my daughter is sick and I was looking for something new to do with her. I love them- she (3.5 years) may be a little too young- the beads are some times hard to snap together and I would recommend waiting until 4+ as is recommended- she got a little frusterated. but overall- these are great and have lots of imaginative play possibilities!

I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old for christmas, she loves jewelry and I thought that she would like them. She does! We enjoy making jewelry for each other, and my 6 year old likes it too. HOWEVER....they have the WORST smell ever. We were driving down the road, and passed a dead skunk....my 3 yr old said "Ew, that smells like Pop Beads!" SO....yeah....they reak. I'm going to try and wash them and see if it helps, but wow....if you can stand the odor, you will enjoy the fun!

I love these beads! The little girls at my daycare (age 4) have so much fun making jewelry with these beads and they are easy to "clean" up and put away. I waited awhile for the order to come in as they were backordered but it was worth the wait.
