The handle is very flimsy. The steam isnt very strong and you have to keep pumping the handle to keep the steam up. Once the pad got wet it became useless and kept rolling up under the mop. I had to turn it off and let it cool then straighten the pad and then start over. After half an hour I only had a small area done and it wasnt clean. I sprayed windex on the area I was cleaning and wiped it with a paper towel and picked up a lot of dirt. It is very hard to push and my wrist hurt afterward. It does not do what it says it will do. It was a total waste of money and I took it back for a refund.

I was so excited to buy this product soon as I opened it I put it together and cleaned the house. The steam was kind of weak you could hold your hand in front of it. It really doesn't clean any better than a regular mop. Depending on the area you are going to clean the pads don't last long. You have to change them often or else you start pushing dirt. I used it approx. 5X a month I have owned it for 8 months. It doesn't work now. There is no power to the mop anymore. My dad has the same problem. I guess I got caught in a new fad and wasted my money. I do not recommend this product.

I bought this mop less than a month ago and it has already broken 3 times! There is a small tube inside that allows the steam to reach the pad, but the tube falls off if you aren't excruciatingly careful about how hard you push the mop. My husband has taken the entire thing apart 3 times to put the tube back in place.

I would say that this mop cleans about as well as my Swiffer does. I do like the fact that it only uses water (which by the way has to be distilled if you have hard water) but it leaves my floors looking dull and streaky.

I do not recommend this mop and I will never spend this much money on one again!

THIS MOP IS GREAT NO CHEMICALS AND IT MOP BETTER THAN A MOP AND BUCKET. IT CLEANS CANDLE WAX AND GROUT

I got this as a shower gift and was so excited at first. We had just laid walnut bamboo floors and was pondering how I was going to keep them clean and found the deluxe. I ended up getting this on as the gift. It is difficult to push around after a while, doesn't get the floors that clean, only steams when you go forward and leaves the floors a little dull. I am not able to return this because I had already taken it out of the packing but I think the deluxe one would have been better. Wouldn't recommend

Don't get me wrong, this does NOT replace a real good scrubbing... but it sure keeps everything looking much better in between major cleanings.

This is the LAST time I will be ..... by a TV ad. All it does is push whatever gunk is on your floor in front of the "super absorbent" pad. Plus it's not the easiest to push. I hate when I read reviews for a product that have some good & some bad reviews because then I'm indecisive on whether to buy it. LISTEN TO ME - DO NOT BUY this glorified iron on a stick!!!

This is not worth the money! The handle broke after I had used it 3 times!!!!!!!! You have to pump it so much and it is hard to maneuver around the floor. Do not waste your money!!!!

I would rate this 2 1/2 stars, there was alot of streaking using it the first time. I didn't find it hard to push as in other reviews. I will try this again today and see if the streaking continues. I was pleased with the steam power. For the money it's o.k. but nothing beats good old ammonia and water for cleaning tile floors. Called Pergo and they said NOT to use steam cleaners of any kind on laminate flooring.

A small stream of steam trickles from this mop barely reaching the surface through the pad. I am giving it away. A waste of money.
