I love, love, love this steam mop!!! I should own stock in this one. I talk to people all day long on the phone at work; usually the same vendors and customers....most have bought it after my raves (even the guys). I have given this as gifts and haven't heard a bad word about it. It's so easy to buy on line at target and have it delivered but I wish the pads were easier to find a few months ago; but I have 'em now! Have had mine since early summer and use it every nite after the evening meal. My hardwood, tile and lino all do well with this puppy. I have gotten my $$$ worth and would replace it with another one in a heartbeat!

Great mop! Worth every penny! Very lightweight, heats up quick, steams easily, I can't say anything bad about this! Has cut my cleaning time consideribly and it LOOKS cleaner too. I use it on ceramic and sealed hardwoods and they all look beautiful. Gets off my food crusted kitchen floor from 3 kids easily!

This item was purchased to clean pergo flooring. It left streaks and didn't clean at all. There was a piece of cereal on the floor and it glued it to the floor. The handle also broke during the first use. Don't buy this item.

I purchased this several months ago for my cleaning business. I liked the idea of not having to spend any money on cleaning products for the floor. Anyway, at first, I really liked this machine. It has a very short cord so doing a room of any size is a challenge. I personally don't think it is cleaning the floor well at all. I also cannot be used on any surface. On wood floors, to leaves streaks. Same thing for laminate floors. The pad simply gets too wet and it leaves streaks everywhere and looks awful. Also it cannot be used on certain types of tile floors. I will use it occasionally on polished tile but those times are few and far between. I found that if any little hairs got on the pad it would leave those behind in the corners of the room. I'd suggest trying something else or just sticking with a regular mop + non-toxic floor cleaner and dry with a microfiber mop.

I loved this mop!!! notice I said loved. It only worked 4 months. I used the mop 1-2 times a week and it just stopped steaming. After contacting the 800# and being told that yes it is still under warranty the CS rep also explained I would need to pay shipping/insurance to get the mop repaired and also send them a check for return postage. This would add another $25 to my investment for this mop on top of the [original] price tag, which in my opinion was alot to begin with. I've decided to cut my losses and move on to another company/product that hopefully will offer better customer service to their customers that have problems with their products.

I'm always looking for an easier way to clean and find myself captivated by it.

According to the host, you need only distilled water and the power of steam to clean your floors with the Euro Shark Steam Mop. Wow, what a way to save on cleaning supplies! Everything looks great, the host is cleaning up spills on carpets, running it on the tile and wood floors with ease and everything is coming clean...as I'm thinking to myself, that sure would be a great addition to my arsenal of cleaning tools, but the price is a bit steep...they come in as they always do on these and lower the cost and offer installment plans with a 60 day free trial! That's it I'm hooked! I called and ordered it, while doing so...it's all automated so you speak to nobody..as you are going thru the prompts the automated operator continues to try and get you to purchase additional items...I decline wanting only what came to get you started, but because I'm one of the "First Callers" I am getting a bonus worth $29.99 for free..

About three weeks later my new Euro Shark Steam Mop arrives! I don't think it was in our home even 30 minutes before I take it out of the box and put the unit together. I'm a bit taken back by the handle, it's very thin and flimsy. Because my house is 80% tile and 20% carpet I start with the tile. We've only been in our new home a few months and there are still a few stains on the tile I can't seem to get out, but that should be no problem with the Euro SharkVac according to the commercial...after all the host was able to get out old stains with ease. NOT! It didn't glide over the floor as shown in the commercial, more like pushing and pulling with great force all the time worried I was going to break the handle because of it's constant bowing and bending with each swipe. I manage to do the kitchen, hallway and dining room then move to the lani. It didn't look any different than it did before I used the Euro SharkVac...infact, it didn't clean it at all. I had to still pull out our old mop and bucket to get the dirt up...and to be honest, it had just been mopped about 4 days prior so it really wasn't that bad in the first place. I then decide, this is my trial period and maybe it would work better on the carpet..again there are a few spots left over the the move in that could use a good scrubbing...this thing had no impact on them what so ever! That's it, I'm sending it back.

I call the customer service number listed on the invoice, when I finally get to speak to a CSR I have to convince her that my reason for returning the unit is valid...she then goes into another sales pitch trying to get me to keep the unit. First it's a refund of the initial shipping cost, then it's a refund of the initial shipping cost and I can now have the unit for $35.00 1/3 of the cost. As I keep telling her, no I do not want it..it is only going to sit in my closet accumulating dust she finally gives me the approval for the return. The return requires me to ship the unit back at my own cost with confirmation and insurance. I do this, it's been about 17 days...so I am still waiting for my card to be credited...

So, my advice on the Euro Shark Steam Mop is this...You'll clean more with your old Mop and Bucket than this machine. Save you money and time and don't always believe everything you see.

I was leterally in the store an hour ago buying this mop. I came home, assembled the mop in a snap and cleaned my kitchen floor. It's already dry and cleaner than it's been in a long time. The mop is easy to use and it got out some stains I thought were permanent. I read the mixed reviews and decided to try it. I was going to return it if it didn't work as expected. I used to lug a heavy bucket of water and use a string mop as I hadn't found anything that worked better. No way am I ever lugging that bucket again, and no way am I returning this mop. Life is too short...

I love this product. It is so much more effective than the swiffer wet that I had used previously and very easy to use. There is no residual cleaner left on the floor because it uses only water and it comes with 5 machine washable pads so it saves money. My only complaint is the resevour is a bit small and requires refilling for a large floor.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this product. The description of it being flimsy in a previous review is an understatement. I have had my mop for two days and just today wound up snapping the handle in half. There is NO cleaning power or "elbow grease" that you can put into using this product. WONDERFUL concept, but the construction is no good. I am also returning my other Shark product as it is leaking.
