I used this for the first time last night and absolutely love it. With a 1 year old at home and working full time the only time I really have to clean is after she goes to bed. This cuts my cleaning time in half, plus there's no harsh chemicals. My daughter has sensitive skin and some of the cleaners I've used on the floor have made her break out, now I don't have to worry about that. I live in a average size home and I was able to clean 3 floors with the initial fill. This is a definite must for working mothers.

I recieved the shark steam mop, and used it for the first time. It really works good! It did a wonderful job on the tile, but a little streakage on the laminate. I really dislike moping with a bucket and mop, but the steam mop is really easy to use. Love this product!!

Not usually most peoples sentiment, but since I got the Shark Steam Mop, I don't mind cleaning the floors at all. I threw away three mops after buying this, I used them on on different types of floors, but with this one, I can use the pads on tile, laminate flooring and my outside vinyl on my lanai. No more breaking my back with the water bucket and endless trips to the tub to wring out my mop after mopping each section. Also doesn't leave any streaks after I'm done and it dries pretty quick too. This was a great purchase, spoil yourself with one as well. aloha

I bought the mop today, and was excited to get home to use it. I first used it on my master bathroom and it cleaned wonderfully. I then used it in my foyer hard wood flooring, and again it worked good but streaked a little. When I used it in my kitchen, I added about 1/8 cup of vinegar and it worked wonderfully - no streaks (but not recommended). I love the mop and will probably use it 2-3 times per month on all my tile and wood floors! My only complaints are that the cord tends to get in the way, it can sometimes take a bit of arm muscle to get it going (better than sore knees tho) and it did streak a little on my wood (but I think I fixed that problem). I am keeping it, and I would recommend it!

I am 5 months pregnant & it's a real chore sweeping & mopping a house with all hardwood floors. I got this product over the weekend at my local Target store & wanted to try it out ASAP. It works GREAT . No dragging a bucket around , no cleaners to mess with & it sanitizes the floor. Which will really be good for when the baby is born & especially when he/she starts crawling. The only problems I've had with it was the cord getting in my way & it didn't come with the carpet glider. Since I didn't have to pay shipping & had to order one from the 800 # the price still evened out. So when I get the glider I will be able to clean my area rugs.
All in all I really like it.

My husband bought this mop despite some of the reviews. We figured if we hated it we could return it. I have to say I think it does a great job. It was easy to put together, and easy to use. And no chemicals is great especially when you have pets and little kids. I definitely recommend this mop.

Bought this mop to clean our laminate floors. We were thrilled with the ease that it took off most dirt. But, we noticed as soon as we finished that there were terrible streaks left behind. Tried it a few days later with the same results. We're returning it.

Mostly everything today is made of plastic so get over it. This thing works great! I bought it yesterday at Target and I love it. My stupid Bissel steam mop always leaked regardless of how many new lids I bought online. So tired of wrestling with the Bissel mop pads! When I saw the velcro pad on the Shark, I thought, yeah right that's not going to stay, but it does! As you are cleaning, it does not make the floor really wet, like the Bissel, so the floor dries fast. I like the way the steam is released by pushing the handle forward as you mop. You can push more if you need to for a tough stain or dirt area.

Overall, EXCELLENT! Don't hesitate to buy!

I just purchased this mop and contrary to other reviews I have read, I think it is well worth the money! It does exactly what it is supposed to do and it got my tile floors very clean. I went over a small section of my kitchen floor with a white dishcloth when I was done using the steam mop and the cloth came up clean! I was impressed! It is super easy to use and the cord is nice and long.
