I LOVE IT July 11, 2008 Reviewer:  Love my Baby D "Evie" (McAllen, TX USA)  See all my reviews >

I bought this item today and I am very excited....I do not know the longevity of this item....but....I cleaned my entire first floor....and I LOVE IT...i walk on the floor and it feels sooo clean.....

You still need a mop sometimes...because IMO it doesn't get the corners very well...but this will help for everyday spills and maintainance....or if you want the smell of "Fabuloso--a mexican cleaning product"....

I have a one year old and he is teeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrribbbbbllllllle.. .okay he is not that bad...but when he eats he makes a mess...I use the shark sweeper...the one that folds...and then i use the shark steam mop and the tile looks super clean...

this work awesome in my upstairs restrooms too....i don't have to lug around a pail with h2o....or...use the wet jet, which refills cost a lot of money...

Clean but not that clean August 23, 2009 Reviewer:  Mama Mel (MN)  See all my reviews >

This mop works well if your floors are not that dirty. If my floors are really dirty which tends to happen in the spring and summer I feel like I am pushing mud around the floor and not really cleaning. I have started using the mop now more for the bathrooms and I find this works best since they don't have the dirt like my entry and kitchen area. I do like how it gets scuff marks off of the floor and how it cleans up sticky messes. I like how it cleans without chemicals. I would recommend as an alternative to chemicals with the warning that it doesn't do well with really dirty floors.

Did not last a year. July 10, 2009 Reviewer:  true review See all my reviews >

I purchased this item last fall. It stopped working last week. The mop did clean well, but it was very hard to push. The water storage container was hard to fill and very small. I would not recommend purchasing unless this is your only option. I wish I had read the other reviews before I purchased. I will buy another steam cleaner, but not this one.

A complete waste of money June 18, 2009 Reviewer:  Vanless soccer mom "Lisa W" (Chattanooga, TN)  See all my reviews >

I would not waste your money on this. I was duped by the commercials about picking up sticky messes since I have two little ones that make messes. It just pushes the dirt around and only the middle front of the pad gets dirty. It also leaves my floors with horrible streaks on it. My son's spilled juice went from a small sticky area in front of the refrigerator to half the kitchen since it just spread the stickiness around. I had to use my WetJet to really get everything cleaned. I called the customer service line and (after not understanding the person on the other line) found out that it was based in India and they told me that there was not even a call center in the United States. They told me that my pads were too dirty (after less than 3 months of use) and so I bought new ones. Same problem. The representative kept giving me outrageous excuses as to why it was my fault (using detergent on the floor, putting soap on the pad before cleaning, not using enough water, etc.) The representative finally told me that the Steam Mop just won't work on my linoleum floors. He had no answer for which floors it does work on if linoleum floors aren't included. I am looking for my receipt to return this sham of a "cleaning" product.

good purchase May 18, 2009 Reviewer:  Marie's mom (Danville, CA)  See all my reviews >

I purchased this several weeks ago to help clean up after my 2 year old. while I agree with the other reviewers about the weak handle I would purchase this item again. after doing a dry mop then using a swiffer wet mop I used this...the pad came up BLACK...eewwwww!! I would say that I use it ever other day. easy to wash pads, light weight and gets to steam quickly. I would recommend this for anyone who has a toddler or pet to clean up after. the cord is long and it is easy to store.

Not the best product May 11, 2009 Reviewer:  Katie F See all my reviews >

I have had a so/so experience with this product. While I do feel that this mop does loosen dirt that is otherwise really ground in, at the same time it really does not clean sticky messes well. Twice now I've had to go behind the steam mop and use a floor cleaner on areas where my kids spilled their juice. In the commercial it raves about how well it cleans up spilled pop and juice, and in my experience, the mop makes the mess worse by pushing the stickiness around. I plan to buy a different steam mop in the future.

fast and easy April 5, 2009 Reviewer:  kinkasaw "Kathz" (NH)  See all my reviews >

I love this steam mop I have all wood floors and it just glides across them and they look brand new when I'm done and no chemicals I wish they would make a reliable steamer to clean showers, toilets, walls, etc. If anyone knows of one please pass it along thank you

worst steam mop ever March 29, 2009 Reviewer:  Jill R See all my reviews >

I bought this hoping that it would live up to another steam mop that I have had, which was far superior to mopping. However, this product has done nothing but disappoint. It won't clean up any real spots on my tile and I have to get down on my hands and needs with a rag to "pre-clean" prior to using it or it doesn't do a good job. The pad leaves clumps of dirt on the floor. I wish I had never bought it.

I am pleased so far!!!!!! March 16, 2009 Reviewer:  Martha Landon Real Name (capital region of NY- Albany)  See all my reviews >

It is lightweight and it does a marvelous job on ceramic tile floors. It did take sticky residue off my hardwoods after a couple of trys. Mine came with a tag saying better if used with only distilled water. I find mine steams more readily with a mixture of tap and distilled. The cleaning cloths are great, I have just ordered more because if you keep one for hardwoods and one for bathrooms and they get dirty I want extras. I also found you do need to pump it 4 to 5 times to increase the steam output to tackle spills etc on any floor. You also need to mop at a 45 degree angle to puff the steam out consistantly. I like no bucket cleaning and that I am not tied to throw away paper products like for Swiffer or Clorox Ready mop or buy non refillable cleaning fluids. I am concerned about its durability and if it will survive. I hope the pole is sturdier to use than it feels that is why I only rated it a four star. I like the fact that there is no perfumed soapy scents, just clean and I have to believe steam kills more germs than soapy water alone. I have a dog who sometimes tracks in stuff and after sweeping or vacuuming the floors then steam cleaning has got to be a better cleam overall. I figure even at 80 bucks it should pay for itself in about a year with my usage. I hope it will last longer but if it makes to a year or longer I would replace again. I have used it for about 2 weeks and like it alot.

LOVE IT March 15, 2009 Reviewer:  pawfect (RI)  See all my reviews >

This is the best invention ever for cleaning hardwood floors. No more washing and then drying...this does it in one step. It is quick, easy - convenient. The item itself seems a bit flimsy, but it does the job!!!! The infomercial is a bit over the top when it advertises that it can get up stuck on grime and dirt....it doesn't, but it does easily clean hardwoods that don't need scrubbing; just basic cleaning.

This mop does not work all that well on tile esp if it is not a glazed tile. My tile has an uneven texture, so the mop can not clean as well as I like. But for quick jobs, it is ok. Even a regular sponge mop couldn't do a good job; you need a scrub brush.

I've recommended this mop to others and they love it as well. Well, worth the money.
