I love this machine! This well built (so far) machine was ready to go right out of the box and I have worked out with it every day for the last 5 days. Unheard of for me! I am not in really good shape, so the level of resistance this provides, and will provide in the foreseeable future as I get stronger, is perfect. It is so easy to adjust to my needs. I am 5'6" and am only a little bit overweight so this fits me just right. However, if you are taller, you are going to have problems. Also, if you are bigger-framed, you may have issues with the area where your head and shoulders go. I love that it doesn't take up a ton of room. I debated getting the Total Gym, but I am glad I didn't because it would have been way too big. This just fits in my spare room along with a compact stair stepper I have. Between the two, I have my strength training and cardio needs met!
