I have a small living area that can't fit more than a sofa and one chair. I'd been wanting to add more seating, but hadn't found anything that really fit my space. I saw these ottomans and read that they were multi-purpose (seating, storage, ottoman), so I ordered two. They arrived just this morning and I couldn't be happier. The picture doesn't do the ottoman justice as they're even nicer looking. They're also just the right size and sturdy, too - I've sat on them and they feel very solid and well-made. I would definitely buy more.

Ordered two of these to use as coffee tables/ottomans in my living room. They are substantial enough to fill the space nicely, solidly built and just beautiful. They look a bit more espresso and less cherry colored than the picture, with some variation in color between the two.

I was downsizing my furniture and decided to look for storage ottomans instead of using a coffee table. Ordered several of these because I liked the styling, they matched my decor, wanted storage and needed extra seating. I have alot of teenagers come over so this will give us storage for our Wii games plus the extra seating and we can prop up our feet when we need to to. They are very versatile which is such a bonus. Well worth the money. Very sturdy and extremely nice looking ottomans.

Ordered two of these and very pleased so far. They are sturdy and a good size (a littler taller than I expected too). Plenty of room in each for storage. My only (very minor) complaint is they are much darker than the photo implies. I thought they would be a more cherry-type color, however, in person they are a VERY dark brown. Not a big deal for me, but just wanted to mention in case others wanted a lighter wood. If they hold up well, I will might even buy a third one since I have the room.

The ottoman arrived with a couple of the rush threads pulled out. I was able to press these back into the other rush threads so it looks fine. I placed the ottoman under the over hang entrance to my home (out of the rain and wind) so that my family and visitors can sit on it to remove and put on their shoes. This is our custom. My only complaint is that the postage was exorbitant for both. I ordered this item with another item which should created a free shipping scenario. It didn't. I had to pay for shipping separately and the other item's shipping was not a reasonable price. I will not order online again. I will go with the companies that have free shipping for orders considered to qualify for free shipping.

We got two of these in place of a coffee table in our living room. It is great to have the extra storage.

I disagree with the reviewer right below me, for mine is a very similar color to the photograph.

The only problem is you have to be a little careful because the shed. I have to vacuum often to get rid of the "ottoman crumbs."

I have also been looking for a while for something like this and this is by far the best price. The quality is exceptional. Generous sized. Very sturdy. And looks really nice. I am definitely buying a second one.

I have been looking for 2 ottomans for over a year to find just what I wanted...and these are it! I am pleased about the size, color,height and sturdiness....all around great purchase!! And just in time for my NFC "Go AZ. Cardinals" sunday brunch...perfect for extra sitting!

I bought one cube to function as a DVD holder and small ottoman for a small TV room. It looks and works great! It is very light and looks exactly like the picture. I like the lining (I have 2 other seagrass cubes from Target that do not have the lining.)

The only minor flaw was a piece of seagrass on the top center of the lid 'puckered'. I think I can trim it or use a touch of superglue to hold it down. Still, I am very happy and recommend this product.
