Size is not indicated, so fit is a mystery. The Big Brother shirt would probbly fit appox 18 month old & the onezie . . . I struggled to get my 3 week old son's arms into it. It's true about the collar of the Big Brother shirt. The material of the shirt gathers/bunches around the actual collar. Making it look like something that was made in a middle school home ec class. Not worth the money or shipping.

I bought this online back in June 2007 because I had an almost two year old and a baby boy due in July. I had my MIL dress my two year old in this when they visited us in the hospital. My newborn wore it about a week later and he swam in it at 8lbs. I still have both and was hoping to use them again since I am due with another boy this coming January, but my toddler stained his with ketchup and I could never get it out. It is nice for the money....
