This was my Christmas gift last year from my husband. I pointed out the classic to him cause my mother had it and it was wonderful. But my husband thinks more motor is better.
I really dislike this thing and I plan to sell it and get the Classic when he is out of town.
It DOES NOT mix everything. You have to stop it and use a spoon to move the bottom layer around!
Then have it mix longer!
I have added ingredients different ways with the same results. The whips don't reach the bottom!
I've been using my hand mixer lately.
What a waste!

I have had this mixer for over 10 years. When mixing a thick mixture, like cheese cake batter, you may have to get your spatula out early and stir the bottom mixture into the batter. But, it's a great mixer overall, saving time and shoulders.
