this is a cute dress, but fits tighter around the hips than it appears here. looks cuter with a belt worn with it. very soft and lightweight, but a bit seethrough as well.

This is an absolutely wonderful dress. Wear it with a belt though around you waist/stomach... adorable. It seems Target doesn't always carry the best dresses but i tried on a bunch at the store, seeing some cute ones and this was absolutely my favorite!
ps it has pockets! I'm wearing it right now!
