Looks great with my Brazilian Cherry laminate floor, brown/cranberry leather furniture and honey maple coffee table. Nice quality, nice rich colors and nice feel to it.

I have bad feet - must wear supportive slippers inside at all times. However, I can stand on this rug with bare feet and I just sink into it - it is SOOOOOO soft and cushiony! I bought it several months ago and just yesterday bought the runner to match. Too bad I didn't get them at the same time, because the runner is very shiny and new looking in comparison. It's fine tho because the runner is separated by the ottoman several feet away and as long as the bright ceiling light isn't on you can't tell the difference. However, my area rug is still as soft as the brand new runner. I have no complaints. :)

I purchased this 7x10 rug 5 months ago and I am very unhappy
with the quality of this item. I paid a substantial amount of money for this rug and would expect it to hold up better than it has. The yarn/threads in the rug are already coming out leaving a shaggy look on top all over the rug. It looks unsightly, very worn and old, when in fact it is only 5 months old. I feel that I received a defective rug and I am very dissatisfied with this product and will think twice about purchasing an expensive item like this in the future from Target. Target would not honor any type of warranty for this very costly rug stating that the purchase was over 90 days. I was hoping for at least a product exchange, but Target would not do that either. Very dissatisfied and unhappy with Targets consumer relations!!!!

Very poor quality, after only a few month all the threads pulled out. Vacuuming makes it looks even worse. I would avoid at all costs as it's not a cheap purchase.

I looked for quite awhile to find a area rug that would compliment my living room decor. I wanted something that was attractive and comfortable to walk on but not too over the top in design or color that it would overpower the room. This carpet is exactly what I wanted! The colors are quite true to what I see on my computer screen. This carpet has a nice pile, about 1/2 inch I'd say. The edge is finished with a nice dark brown weave wrap to give a smooth finish. We are using a slip/ skid resistant pad along with a 1/2 inch thick rug pad under the rug to make it more cushy than it already was. We have tile throughout the living space and kitchen area of our home, which, although very practical, can be harsh on bare feet. So we wanted to have a soft, comfortable retreat for our feet when moving about the living room! This definitely did the trick and the design is just what we were looking for. If you are putting this over wall to wall, you can definitly get by with just a slip resistant pad. This rug is top quality in both design and construction. If you are considering this area rug for your home, you won't be sorry!

I looked at various stores for a rug that complemented my metallic copper walls plus the reds and greens of my decorative items. This rug pulled them all together. It is very good quality, the colors are vibrant, and it feels wonderful underfoot. I had budgeted[Price]for a rug. This was all I could hope for, and I saved [Price]! Highly recommend.

I just bought this rug and love it. The other review was correct when they said it was sooooooo soft. My dog can't stop laying on it. I think he agrees.

I agree with the other 1 star rating - mine is defective in the same way and they won't let me return the rug!! I have a 10 month old baby and will have to scrap it as he pulls out the strings and it is a choking hazard!
