The neck of this doll is defective; it breaks off for no apparent reason. The neck broke after 1 day of play and there is no way to fix it. t In my opinion I thing the speaker volume can cause hearing damage if it is held to the ear for to long. My doll's speaker smelled like burnt wires as soon as it was opened.

I agree with the other reviewer, I'm a guy but my mom bought this doll for my sister a few days ago since it was Christmas. Since she's under 13, she wanted me to post a review about it.

The doll is defective, since it is a singing doll it supposed to sing "True Friend" right? wrong. When she opened the box it smelt like burnt wires, and when she played the song the doll sounded like a dying moose.

The doll literally fell apart after a few days of use, the neck snapped off and was un-fixable, and after that 1 of the legs snapped off as well. My sister never plays rough with these toys, this is probably the first doll she's ever broken.

Do not buy unless you are completely sure this won't happen to you.

We have had no problems with this doll except her shoes dont stay on the greatest my 8yr. old loves it
