This is a great toy! My son (3 1/2) just picked it out, and he loves it! He couldn't wait to play with it, and had a ball when he finally got to. It makes TONS of bubbles, so both my husband and I were impressed. The only problem is that it requires 8 AA batteries... so he left it on after he was done playing with it, and now the batteries are dead.

We bought this toy for my son's 2nd birthday last April and it has been fantastic. My 2 y/o and my 6 y/o have had a blast with this thing even through the winter time. It does use up plenty of batteries but it has held up wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this to others for year long fun.

We have not had the same problems that some reviewers had with it breaking. Lots of fun - kept my 2-year-old entertained for 30 minutes straight, which says a lot!

Its impossible to rate this toy anything other then 5 Stars for Fun, if you love playing with your kids; BUT when it breaks as ours did through normal use, how do you explain to a 3 year old that, "It's All Done, It's Broken!" The toy lasted about 30 minutes and made tons of bubbles but the fan stopped working shortly after we started playing with it the first day. It's a waste of money door to poor quality/breaks through normal use. I would not buy this product again. STAY AWAY many other reviews say they had the same problem.

I purchased this toy and followed all the instructions. I was having a great time with my son making bubbles (for about 15 minutes). It started to smell like something was burning and the fan was slowing down. I turned it off and it will not turn back on. The batteries are new. I took them out and they work in other things, so the issue is not the batteries. I plan to go back to Target and return it for being defective.
