I have to laugh that I only paid very less for this amazing looking TV stand. The finish and sturdiness of this stand make it look far more expensive than it really is. Assembly was easy to follow and completed in just over an hour. The space about the drawers was a little narrower than I expected but not a big deal. This is a killer TV stand at a great price that looks and feels like a much higher-end piece of furniture.

This is a sturdy, attractive and reasonably priced piece of furniture. We purchased it for our 37" flat panel. It sits in our living room and looks great. Assembly was easy and directions were well written. We also bought the Avington desk and hutch. Again, great quality line.

My husband and I bought this for our first home. We have a 32" flat screen TV. It fits perfectly with room to spare for decorative items or if we want to we can upgrade to a 42" and it would fit prefectly as well. It's very sturdy, looks great and was easy to put together. Anyone can put this together. You just have to actually read the directions. I did a lot of bargain shopping for this item because I wanted to get my money's worth. There are many other pieces out there with just as good of a look but don't even compare when it comes to the price. I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase.

This item is gorgeous and definitely does not appear cheap. It does come in many, many pieces, BUT, the assembly was quite easy once I allowed my 12 year old son to take over the 'operation'!!!

I love this piece and if you do not have a 12 year old boy available.....mine can be hired!!! [..] per hour and we will pick up and deliver! LOL

No really, don't let the assembly deter you.

I love this TV stand. My sons put it together without any problems. Right now it is holding a 42" flatscreen TV- it fits it quite nicely. Our room is smaller, and this fits very well since it is not quite as deep (front to back) as some other TV stands I've seen. Nice sized drawers for DVD or other storage. Someone else's review said there was not room on theirs for DVDs to stand in the open area- I haven't used this open area for DVD storage, but just tried it out for the fit, and they do stand up on ours with no problem. Really pleased with the way this looks and functions- for the price, I feel it looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture!

So my boyfriend surprised me with a new 50 inch TV and tells me to pick out a new TV stand. As a frequent Target shopper and former employee, naturally that is where I looked first. Saw this TV stand online and went to the store and got. I started putting it together and he finished once he got home. He is now probably on his 3rd hour.......the screws for putting the draws together [...]....they are stripped and pop out and we had to use longer, more durable ones that we have. And we just had to use different screws to put the knobs on the drawers. The drawers are very flimsy and I worry about putting stuff in them. Lining up the notches to put the bottom of the drawer in has also been very difficult. I am excited to see the finished product, but has taken a good part of out day!!

I looked at this item in the store to buy and noticed on the floor model that the area to put your components is not very tall. Could anybody tell me how tall that opening is as I was wondering if the floor model wasn't entirely correct? I agree from what I saw I do not see a DVD standing up in the area.

Purchased on 12.28 and assembled in about 3 hours.Holds our 42" TV perfectly. Highly recommend this piece. Only suggestion - use a power screwdriver.

I usually never do reviews, just read them. But on the other hand, I had to for this.. It is a lovely peice of furniture. I cant wait for my new 42' LCD to go on it. Its not too big, its just soooo nice. I am a independent woman who put it together. So Ladies, its that easy to put together. The directions were great! two words: LOVE IT!
