This piece looks high end, and I don't think I could have found something like this without spending a ton of money at a furniture store. It has a very nice rich wood color. only problem is one of the sides for the door came broken, so I need to get that replaced..haven't tried yet, so I am hoping theres no problems getting that replacement piece. Besides that, I can't wait to have it entirely assembled. Makes my living room look put together and complete!

I bought this with the intention of buying a new flat screen shortly after. This tv stand is perfect for a 32" if you still want to put a picture or candle on either side. I couldn't decide between the 32" and 42" but I think the 42 would have taken up just about the whole width of the stand. But still fit nicely if the tv is the only thing you want on the tv stand.

It is solid wood (except for the inside of the drawers and a couple other small pieces) so it weighs a lot. But well worth it because it looks great! By NO means does this look like a cheap piece of furniture!

This is much more beautiful in person! and the color is sooo gorgeous! (same color as on screen) I went shopping to find an entertainment stand for my 42" flat panel and was planning to spend up to 600.00 for one so that I would get a real nice, sturdy, and NOT cheap looking. I went in to Target and they had this on display and it blew my mind how it was just what i was looking for! and for 144.00! It looks more of a traditional look when you see it in person--i had saw it on the internet and was not interested at all. And figured it was cheaply made and would look cheap. Now i have it in my livingroom and i couldnt be happier! It looks like a 600.00 piece from a nice furniture store.

After looking at literally hundreds of television stands in ranging prices, I ended up coming back to this piece, one of the 1st I saw. I am not very skilled at construction, but the step-by-step instructions were easy to follow, although doing it alone took me probably an hour and a half to complete.

It looks much better and of high quality once constructed. It's pretty heavy too. I'm very pleased.

Just got this stand from the store. It looks really nice. It was not hard to put together, just took at little time. The drawers are thin wood, but they work great for dvd's or video games

Very easy to put together; I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but the instructions were spot on; If you have patience and can follow instructions, it will be a breeze. The piece looks very nice for the price. The only part that is a bit flaky are the drawers; made of very light weight wood.
Even otherwise, it looks excellent and don't worry about the assembly, it is very easy.

This piece took about an hour and a half to put together. It has a complicated system that involves "cam locks." The drawers also do not come pre-assembled and need to be reinforced with wood glue or they will wobble. That said, after it was put together and I glued the drawers, the piece is gorgeous. It looks much more expensive and is a really great size -- not imposingly large and not flimsy and barely able to hold a TV. It is VERY solid. Also, the drawers are very sizable. I fit all my VHS, DVDs, remotes and even a few board games down there. I would highly recommend it for a person who is either moderately skilled at putting together furniture or who is willing to set aside a little time and approaches it with a spirit of learning.

If you are looking for an inexpensive TV stand, this is the one to get. It looks great and everyone comments on how they can't believe it is from Target. Looks more expensive. We have a 46" TV on ours and it fits just fine. Looks great. The drawers could be a little better made, sometimes when my 4 yr old opens and closes them I think they will just break off. But for the price it really can't be beat.

I bought the TV stand, coffee table and end table from this collection about 3 months ago and LOVE them. They are very beautiful, rich looking additions to our living room. They definitely look more expensive than they were. My only qualm is that, since the furniture is made of real wood, it scratches somewhat easily. There is already a pretty substantial scratch on the coffee table top, but I filled it in with Old English furniture polish and you can't even see it. BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE!

I am really happy with this purchase. I have an old heavy TV and I was worried about the weight of my TV. Once everything was put together I found it to be really sturdy. The only complaint I have is that the round insert for the screws to go in are a bit tricky and it took some patience to figure them out. The inserts probally should be made out of something stronger. They had a tendency to strip. Other than than that it looks really nice and has a great espresso stain and it looks just like the picture.
