I have been searching for the right tv stand for some time. Most of the items I've found that were cheaper in price looked cheap, too. Not this one, we bought the TV stand and the end table. They are so sturdy and beautiful, they look much nicer at home than they did in the store. Very easy to put together, my son helped me put the end table together and my 12 year old daughter helped my husband with the TV stand. I would recommend this to any one.

There must be different versions of this out there. Our top storage area does NOT fit DVDs. It's just tall enough to hold the DVD player. It took my husband about 2 hours to put this together. He had to improvise a bit as the wood started cracking on a couple of the screw holes.

Overall, we're pleased with the item. It holds our 37"-inch TV just fine.

I bought this TV stand and is is a beautiful piece. However the picture on the box is deceiving, as it shows the shelf between the top of the stand and the drawers holding DVDs standing upright. The shelf is NOT tall enough to accomodate DVDs upright! Did anyone else notice this too?

I looked at all of the big box furniture stores for a stand to hold our new 46" LCD TV. None of them had a stand that could compare to this one at any price! This piece really is solid wood construction, great finish, drawers glide open smoothly. Easy to put together - Took about 25-30 mins. Everyone who sees it can't believe how beautiful it is, and that it came from Target. We liked this so much we purchased 2 of the matching end tables, 2 large book cases and a coffee table. A complete room of furniture for the price of 1 of the big furniture stores cheaply made tv stand!

I bought this tv stand on sale. I am so impressed with how it looks finished. It is a heavy wood piece that looks like I paid much more. I am not handy at all and normally would have asked my brother to assemble it. I did it by myself - it took about 3 hours. The instructions are very clear and all the pieces are properly labelled. The picture is a little deceiving, but the piece is still functional and beautiful.

I bought this on sale today. I had been looking at it for a couple of weeks so it was nice to get it for 139.99 on sale. It took us (two people) about an hour and a half to assemble the stand and about half an hour to assemble the drawers. We are even still talking to each other so I can honestly say, it wasn't difficult to assemble!!! The directions were straightforward and all the parts, including screws etc. were labeled so there was no confusion with the parts/pieces. The stand is wood and looks much more expensive than the price we actually paid. I think we will be a bit thoughtful to what we put in the drawers as the bottoms aren't very "thick". Other than that, I can say I am happy with this purchase. The stand is perfect for our 46 inch flat screen. I recommend this stand to anyone that is thinking about purchasing it. I have never left a review but felt this was worth sharing my experience and thoughts about. Enjoy!!!

I bought this item in a Target store, and I think the box said that it fits up to a 42" TV... not sure why that is. We bought this stand for our 47" flatscreen and it really is the perfect size (the stand being wider than the TV.) If your TV is not a flatscreen I wouldn't recommend it though... it is wide enough, but most likely not deep enough. Very sturdy though.

We bought this TV stand after looking all over for something this size. This was a great deal and took my husband about an hour to put together. Looks expensive and is very sturdy, we love it!

We bought this product yesterday for our downstairs living room and it only took about an hour to assemble. Not sure why it's taking two people nearly 3 hours to do? We read the instructions and as long as you look at the pictures to verify the wording you'll do just fine putting it together. No scratches or anything on ours, and we have a 36" sitting on it. It looks great and I have no complaints for the price we paid. Some people claim it is cheaply made, but only the drawer pieces are lightweight, the rest is solid material.

Our daughter purchased this piece several months ago and loves it. So, when we were buying a television, we decided to buy the same one. It's high quality and is beautiful! We layed out all of the pieces before starting to assemble. I would read the instructions while my husband put it together. I don't think that I could have done it by myself. It looks great and feels very solid. I highly recommend it!
