This cocktail table is just as I had hoped- slightly distresesd and hammered [...]. I paid [a great price] for two because of the free shipping and 15% of sale which was still cheaper than purchasing one from [an upscale retailer]. It's a steal!

The distressed finish is a little cheap looking but for a table under for less than $.. it is just fine. It is sturdy and light - just what I wanted. I also bought the end table - I'm happy with that table also.
I bought two - the first that I attempted to put together had one part that had the holes drilled in the wrong position. After spending an hour trying to put it together (a job easier done by two people) I opened the second box and compared the pieces. After I determined that the piece was in fact defective I went online to figure out the return procedures. I opted to return the table to my local Target - after printing the return receipt I was in and out of Target in a few minutes - no questions asked.
I re-ordered the table and was happy with the results.
Both times I ordered I had the boxes on my doorstep within 3 days - standard shipping.

looks good, sturdy, some assemly issues

It is solid metal and sturdy and looks good. The only negative I have is that I ordered two and placed them side by side and the legs aren't lined up the same on both tables. Not that big of a deal. I could probably mess around with it and get them to align perfect. Much of the furniture from Target has alignment problems. Probably from poor quality control at factories.
