I jumped online to find a pic of this Mic to get serial numbers and such, I bought this 2 months ago and I ALREADY have to take it back. Stay away from this one; perfect example of how sometimes, you need to spend quality money to get a quality product- this one cost me $60- I should of known better.

I Brought this microwave for my mom last year may 2008 for mothers day a year later it do not work. It worked great went to warm up something a minute later and it was dead as a door knob the light on the inside worked but nothing else worked i even changed it to another location and guess what nothing happen

This was our first microwave and it did a pretty good job for the two years we had it, but one day it just up and died for no reason. I would not recommend this product to anyone because I personally only want to buy appliances that will last and this one won't. But, if you don't have alot of dough and need something small for a year or two, you may consider it.

I purchased it one Sunday morning as it was on sale and looked nice. I set the time, microwaved a burger roll for 30 sec to make sure it worked, then settled in to watch some football. Awhile later I walked in the kitchen to grab a beer, when I noticed that the microwave was running. This struck me as odd since I was the only one home and there was nothing in the microwave. I pressed the stop button to no avail, then tried all the other buttons with no luck. I unplugged it, and when I replugged the microwave it went right back to operating on its own. This might have been the weirdest purchasing experience of my life, and I learned my lesson... PAY the extra money for a reputable, dependable product!

im surprised a lot of people gave this a bad review. I bought this microwave when we moved to a new house in June 2008. There are 4 people in the house who are constantly on the go and this is often used. So far, ive had it for a year and never had any problems with it. Even good with heating pizza!!! =)

I brought a sunbeam microwave despite poor reviews and it broke (the door would not close) right after the 3 month return policy. So I went to buy this microwave and it works fine. I work, go to school, and have two young boys. My life revolves around reheating left overs and snacks so I can honestly say I use the microwave between 3-6 times per day. So far I have had this microwave for a couple of months and I have had no problems what so ever. I love the color and the size is perfect. The only think I would want to change is the door. I like the push button doors and this one you have to pull open.

I HAD THIS FOR 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS , I BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE MY CHEAPER SUNBEAM WHICH I HAD FOR 4 1/2 YEARS AND WORKED FINE....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

I bought this first off because I liked the look of it and the price was right. I gave up my smaller Sunbeam which only cost [..] from another store and was working with no problems after almost 4 yrs just to get a bigger microwave. Well I gave my old one away (which by the way is still going strong today) I had this one just about one year and its dead as a door nail. It was working up to 2 hours ago but then now, nothing. No warning nothing. Tried different plugs to see if that was the problem. Nope. They say you get what you pay for and even though I don't expect a lifetime, I would have expected more then a year. Guess I'll just go back to another store tomorrow and get another Sunbeam. They still have them for the low price that I paid for my other one.

I purchased one for myself and one for my job, both have stopped working suddenly within a a week of each other. I bought one about 1 year ago and one about 11 months ago. I am very disappointed with the product. I know it was a bargain at 60.00 and the second one I bought was around 79.00. It wasnt on sale that week. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. I would think the lifespan would be more than a year?
