I was astounded by the poor quality of this shredder. The 30 dollar shredder I purchased from Target four years ago was actually far superior. The Aurora 12-Sheet arrived to my house soaked in grease. After we cleaned it, my husband and I discovered that after the basket was 1/4 full, the shredder would no longer accept new papers for shredding. My husband is an engineer and he gave up on trying to get this shredder working. On a positive note, it is remarkably quiet. It's especially quiet when the full light comes on after you've shredded about twenty pieces of paper. I CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN THIS THING!!!
