The frame itself is nice for the price. The packaging for shipping was not adequate. The package was broken/open on one corner.Several casters were broken, a side board was scratched and one of the legs was bent. I made do: staightened the bent leg, left some legs without casters and will touch up the scratch. I only kept it since I was expecting guests, otherwise I would have returned it. Also putting it together is not user friendly.

I had just gotten this bed frame and it took me 4 hours to put it together. The directions are pretty straight forward and easy to put up. It holds up well. Aside from the package damage (it was ripped, open and looked like it had been through hell), and one of the legs bottoms was cracked, I would recommend this bed. My only problem is that when I ordered it, it had said full / queen and this bed does not fit a full. It only fits a queen. I though it was adjustable but it isn't. I would only recommend this bed if you have a queen and have 4 hours to put it together.

I wasn't expecting anything wonderful or well made for the price, but I also wasn't expecting anything that was complete trash either.
I agree with both consumers...the shipping was horrible. Mine too was scratched, top caps shattered, screws not correct. I modified mine with some bondo glue from the hardware store.
I don't expect it to last more than a few months.
I chose not to take it back, I knew that I would get the same thing if exchanged, and I needed to get my bed off the floor.

You live and you learn, but I really don't recommend wasting money on this...looks are definitely deceiving.

I recieved the box broken on one side, packaging was not very good. A few pieces were recieved scratched, another the part that was supposed to be welded had come off. But worst of all they did not include the right screws! Now I have to contact the manufacturer to have the pieces replaced. 4 of the end caps were recieved shattered. I guess for [the price] you get what you pay for.

Many reviews expressed concern over bent parts and damage from shipping. Mine arrived in fine order. However, there was damage. Damage not from shipping but damage prior to packaging. Nothing too major, just irritating. Some minor dent and scratch on the head board part. Of course on the part most noticable. Had to have been from handling in the factory. Just poor quality control on part of the Chinese Manufacture.

The headboard part is very short and with a normal box spring, mattress, and pillows, it is not visable. Kind of a joke really. I guess if you used only a mattress and put plywood down for support, more like a platform bed, it would look better.

All in all, it was cheap. It is sturdy, just time consuming to assemble. More sturdy than a conventional bed frame that costs more.

I bought this bed frame in black. Like the other reviews here the package was delivered in a ripped open box that was torn apart on the top and bottom. One of the plastic end caps on the headboard was broken in half and I got too many of some screws and not enough of other screws. I made do with some screws I had lying around in my toolbox.
Overall it is a solid bed that is quite attractive for the price and overall I am happy with this bed.

The frame is nice for the price but, it was to big for a full size mattress. The description says that it fits full or queen and that's not true. The box was in terrible condition.
