These are really cute, but are as heavy as commercial roller skates. The wheels do not easily flip back into the sole. My son used them on the sidewalk for about 10 minutes and a wheel broke. Not impressed.

They arrived today [...] and my son arrived home soon after. He's 4 yrs old and he loves his skate shoes. He went outside & played with them and had a nice time. They are heavy like a paper weight but nice . I'm glad I purchased them for my son as an Xmas gift. He will get lots of play time with these .
