I actually bought this set two years ago. It's a great price and a nice set. I've been pretty happy with it. One windy day, however, I came home to discover that my umbrella had fallen over from the wind and the table shattered in thousands of pieces. It took forever to sweep up the glass and put it into trash bags that would not tear. I'm shopping for new furniture as I write this. I could just buy a new glass table, but I'm leaning towards the Sean Coneway Tiverton Collection that does not come with a glass table.

We purchased this set on-line last week for it's simple, streamlined look and affordability and we couldn't be happier. We assembled the set this weekend in about 15 minutes, and are very satisfied that this set is both durable and comfortable! Although it only came with 4 chairs (wish it had come with 6, but we don't want the ones that swivel that you can purchase separately so we are stuck), it is a great value. Now if only the shipping hadn't been over[Price]...yikes! For that price, we could have got another couple of chairs!

Usually these sets look awesome on-line, and then you get to the store and it's cheap in every way. This set is actually as nice in person as it is in the picture. Chairs are actually very comfortable, too. The set is just so inviting. We love it. I never thought I'd get our patio set at Target, but I have to say the set is awesome and the price for what you get is fantastic.
I do wish the set came with 6 of these chairs because we didn't want the swivels, either. However, there are nice matching folding chairs (...) that you can buy separately to keep in storage for when you need them.
As with any table w/umbrella, you must close the umbrella when not in use or yes...umbrella will tip and the table will break...

This table was by far the best quality and best size for the price however when you get to the check out the shipping cost are more than half the price and when you try to speak to customer service about it they are extremely rude. they lost this customer forever i've taken all my business elsewere.

It looks like a good, slightly cheaper alternative to a set at the "lowest" store in town, until you see the excessive shipping charges Target wants. Lost a sale.
BTW, it looks good in person, if you have a minivan or SUV.

It seems like a great item, but when I went to check out, the shipping was expensive!!! Yikes! The advertised less price shipping is for each chair and the table. The big price deal instantaly costs an expensive price. I think I will take my business elsewhere.

We are really happy with the set of table and chairs. We went all the way and got the two swivel chairs for the two heads of table and the matching umbrella and base. I really do enjoy the whole set.
The table was pretty easy to put together and the chairs came ready to go!
The only thing that I felt was a bit pricey was the shipping. That seemed a bit inflated and made what should of been a great priced item a bit over our budget.

Just bought this set at my local Target store on clearance!The whole set cost me. Got it home, and it looks awesome. I love how it's rust proof and the chairs are super comfortable! I would recommend this set for anyone who loves to eat outside in the summers!

Glass Shattered

We got this set in May. Everything is extremely light weight and blows away with the slightest of wind. I had two friends warn me from their experience not to keep the umbrella open because if the wind caught it, it would shatter the glass. So I kept it down but came home last week to find the table top shattered on my patio. The cheap metal on the base had actually broke off the table which kept the umbrella in place so the umbrella had no chance in the wind.
