R2's head does not spin, nor are there any lights.
It does make for a good USB hub though, and as much as I love R2D2, I dont plan on returning it. Target needs to update their description.

Cheap misleading Item

The Head does NOT SPIN as advertised. This item is cheaply made. You can feel the low weight, low quality plastic as soon as you pick it up. It did function as a USB hub and made R2D2 sounds. So, if you want a [price] USB hub, this fits the bill, if you want cool head spinning, R2D2 action, skip this. I returned mine within an hour of receiving. This is definately NOT a toy for kids, it's a 'look at and don't touch' item.

I mean come on people, you can tell by the picture it's NOTHING like the one at the place mentioned in my review.
I will get the one mentioned at Strapya, IF ever comes to Target.com, because I saw Target's price and was WOW!! vs Strapya's 80 bux.... So I got the RC R2-Q5 today at a Target store for 16 bux and I love it!
