Solid for the price May 30, 2008 Reviewer:  jcb96 See all my reviews >

If you are looking to spend around $30 or less on a pair of ear buds, this is the route to go. They are plenty loud, comfy and have a lot of bass. If you are using on ipod, turn off your eq or they will blare a bit on heavy bass songs. Sound will improve on them as you use them. If you want something a bit nicer, get the 11mm full metal jacket or titans by skull candy.

Very nice.... never had a problem January 3, 2009 Reviewer:  musicfanatic80 "Music Fanatic" See all my reviews >

I've really enjoyed these headphones... the sound cancelling was the feature that really attracted me, and it delivered more than I was expecting. I've had these for quite a while now, going on a year. I've never experienced any difficulties with them. The three different sizes of ear buds was very nice, because normally ear buds are too big on me. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, especially since I'm picky when it comes to my music. I've been somewhat hard on these, but they're still working just as well as the day I bought them. The price really isn't that bad, either.

Nice! December 12, 2008 Reviewer:  Eileen See all my reviews >

I've had these headphones for a bit over a year now, and have yet to have a problem, personally I'm really rough on them... they've been pulled, caught in doors, stepped on... and still in one piece. They don't cancel noise compleatly, but do a pretty decent job.

High Price for Low Quality May 23, 2008 Reviewer:  live2listen "Will W" (Phoenix, AZ)  See all my reviews >

I purchased these headphones after doing some research on multiple brands. I was tired of buying cheap $10-15 pairs that die out after about two or three months, and the skullcandy brand came up. They were raited well for a moderate price.

I thought that because the price was double what I usually pay for a pair, they should sound twice as good and last twice as long.

I had a false expectation.

They have silicone ear bud nubs that don't stay in your ear. As well, they don't cancell out the noise you would expect them to.

The sound, well it was all mid, very little treble, and very little bass. There was no tone range what so ever.

If your looking to get these, go get the JVC marshmallow earbuds instead. They are $10 cheaper, cancell out almost all outside noise, and the sound is great. They also last quite a while.

Pretty Good December 9, 2008 Reviewer:  Satisfied Son "Eric T" (Chicago, IL, USA)  See all my reviews >

I bought these a few dollars cheaper and they work pretty fine for me. The buds are almost as good. I expected a noise cancellation but there is still a bit of noise when you move the wire and the outside noise. Otherwise these ear buds are great. i recommend buying these.

Don't buy these. November 7, 2008 Reviewer:  lstyer "L Styer" (Holland, MI)  See all my reviews >

I bought a pair of these and they lasted about three days and then the left ear bud just stopped working. I take really good care of my stuff so I knew it wasn't something I had done to them. I thought it was just a one time problem so I went back and exchanged them for another skull candy headphone. I figured for their price, they had to be good quality. So the next pair lasted me about 3 months and they just stopped working again. I talked to friends of mine who also had the same headphones and they said the same thing happened to them. DO NOT BUY THESE.

Good at first but then they go bad!!!!!!! October 24, 2008 Reviewer:  K. Petersen "k p" Real Name (Taylor, AZ)  See all my reviews >

I bought these headphones august 15. They where the best headphones when i bought them they cancelled out other peoples conversations and i liked that most because i could actually listen to my music. Then after 2 months of having them the right side didn't work any more because the wire went out. Good headphones but not worth spending [the money] on.

skullcandy review September 13, 2009 Reviewer:  mad buyer See all my reviews >

these headphones were the best ive had for a while i bought them about a month a go for thirty bucks and to my displeasure about a month later they just stoped working i took perfect care of them i put them in the little bag i didnt blare them and they just died one day while i was listening to them these headphones are great for about a month but in all these headphones are no where near being worth 30 dollers if there going to die every month i mean im a 15 year old boy with out a job so [the price] is a lot to especiall since i go around doing yard work for money so when i buy something i expect it to work for atleast a good year but now i have to live with cheap dollar head phones till my surgery is healed up and i can get some cash so DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THESE THEY ARENT WORTH IT UNLESS U CAN AFFORD GOING BACK EVERY MONTH FOR A NEW PAIR

Im twelve years old and i bought these ear buds about 1-2 months ago and they were great! but knowing a twelve year old im pretty rough with my things. anyways the left earbud went out and the green parts on both started to peal off. They were nice while they lasted but not worth the money.

ouch! March 16, 2009 Reviewer:  D. Nissen Real Name See all my reviews >

Bought these for a trip to help block airplane noise and listen to my ipod. Continually got static shocks to my ear canals when the cord rubbed on clothing. Same experience with iPod Touch and iPod Nano. Sound was good if you can stand to keep them in your ears. Thumbs down.
