Just programmed this unit to control my Sony HTIAB, Panasonic Plasma TV, Memorex DVD Recorder, and Dish ViP622DVR. Hook the unit up to the computer, run the software, click each item you want controlled, and boom... IT WORKS FANTASTIC!

Adjusted preferences for button glow and other personal choices in no time. Does it all; fast forward, reverse, skip forward and back, record, pause, blah, blah, blah.

This Logitech 620 is a really great remote. I went from 5 remotes down to only 1. No more misplaced remotes. It was easy to program, fantastic to use and trouble free. Luv it!!

This remote sounded too good to be true, and for me, it was. While it was able to control all my components, the response time was slow in every regard. The delay between pushing a button and the actual response was far slower than any of my previous remotes. It was also never reliable when turning on my system--more often than not, the TV would be set to the incorrect A/V output, despite numerous attempts to correct it using the "help" feature on the remote, online help through the included CD, and even a call to customer service. Finally, the remote just gave up completely, and stopped responding at all. For $, I expected a flawless performance, and unfortunately this remote fell far short of this expectation.
