I bought this and shipping was very fast. What you will see at other sites is that there is a blue arrow that is always on the screen. I emailed Pandigital and they emailed me back within 12 hours on the weekend. They do not have any directions about how to install the firmware update. I read around on other web sites such as Sony and read their directions and followed those for this Pandigital. I didn't do it exactly right but I got it to update and it got rid of the dreaded blue arrow. The LCD has color, brightness, contrast, and tint adjustment. There is a VESA 75 connection on the back. There is a plastic stick that allows you to set it on a desk and that is adjustable and seems fine. I usually use a 1 gig SD card and leave it in the frame and it plays those pics. I have not tried the music or video yet.
