I recently read a report on the disgusting and disturbing levels of chemicals in my city's water. I bought this unit and am happy with my purchase. simple to use and the hot water is hot enough so I don't need to use my microwave. It has a lower stature so even a small woman can lift up the water bottle.

I've had this water cooler for 6 months now and am still pleased with the performance and quality. We drink a lot of water at our house and this has saved us a lot of money vs. buying bottled water. I am not a tree huger, but this has also eliminated all of the plastic bottles we throw away.

The coffee splatter was near impossible to wipe off the side of this unit. It looked kinda bad after a couple of weeks of use. That was expected but what was not expected was the hot water not working. It would only dispense room temperature water so I guess it must be broken. All in all not quite happy with this.

We are happy with this dispenser except it is very hard to find a store that sells the water bottles! We checked all of our local grocers; it takes bottles with a small neck & no one sells the 5 gallon size. Called "customer service" who was absolutely no help. Check to see if you can find the bottles before you buy!
