had this unit for about 3 weeks and one night around 12 am it stated to make strange noises and stop working called the company to see if I could get it fixed or get a refund or have them to send me a new one they set up a date to have it fixed and I was told that i would be on a weekend but come to find out that it would take them 4 weeks to come to fix it now I have to go out and buy another unit.they will not refund or replace a unit untill the folk come out and tell them that the unit can not be fixed if i knew that this maker of this ac unit had so many problems I would have gotten another ac unit maker
