This pan heats evenly and cooks well. We made stir fry in it and it turned out delicious! Handle does not heat up due to the rubber material surrounding it. Wonderful for any kitchen! Only down size is the price, but it is almost impossible to find a stir fry pan any cheaper.

this piece is easy to cook in and even easier to clean! i use this pan almost daily to cook anything. it washes up easily with soap and water. LOVE IT!!! i'm buying this for a few christmas presents!
