I was given this as a gift recently. The twirling motion of the shiatsu balls feels good. The overall relaxing effect is a small but pleaseant releif. I walk alot, and my feet get tired. the heat factor warms up quickley. It adds to the over all relief factor. the hard whirling balls massage the soreness right out of your feet.

I first recieved this as a Christmas gift - I was pleased when I saw it, it looks very nice and lights up, but when I went to try it out one of the sides was broken and did not turn on. So, we returned it, got another one of the same (somewhat foolishly) and after about two months of moderate to light use, it all out broke! I'm pretty dissapointed and absolutely do not recommend this to anyone. It's too bad because it's a nice size and design!

I wife purchased one of these and it lasted less than three weeks. She only used it two or three times in that time period. Since we didn't have the box or receipt, I took it apart thinking that some gears might just be jammed. The motor was forced (probably hammered) into the gear housing and the two nuts that were to hold the motor to the housing were loose, but since the studs were forced into the housing, they were really not needed. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
