The unit itself is not bad, but customer support from Iriver is almost non-existent.
As large as this company is, and as many different players as they make, they have NO toll-free support number. Over the last few weeks I have waited over 2 hours (long distance) without reaching a technical support person.
On the occasiona where I have left a message (in lieu of waiting for an actual person), I have waited 6+ weeks without getting the promised call back.
E-mails to their technical support e-mail address also went unanswered for the same 6+ weeks.

The MP3 player & screen is much smaller then I expected by about .5-1 of an inch. The screen is only 1.75 est in wide. It took a few minutes to understand how to use the player. The directions are very poor you kind of need to explore it on your own. I love that the screen is actually a directional pad. But this seems like a good MP3 player. Tough to figure out the radio. I love the screen! P.S. Target has terrible tracking information! I was never able to track where my product was! Infact it ended up at home and I still couldn't track it!

This is great mp3 for casual use-(for workouts, taking a walk). The sound quality is ok. The video is clear though the screen is small. The player does not have a microsd slot so if this is a feature that is important -do not buy this one. Overall most of the features work well-I gave it 3 stars because I would not pay 99.99 bucks for it. I got it on sale for 49.99 so I feel it is well worth it.
