I was skeptical about purchasing any MP3 players online without being able to hold it in my hand and check it out first. I'm so glad that I made the decision to purchase this player online. It has everything that I could possible want, while saving over $ 100 compared to other MP3 players such as IPod, Sandisk, etc... It comes with 8GB which is a lot of memory to store anything. And if that isn't enough, it also has a MiniSD port for you to add additional memory (hardly any other players have that). So, the possiblities are endless ! And if you have multiple MiniSD's, you can interchange them and build up a huge library of music, videos, and pictures. I see myself using the Latte Ice for many, many years to come (which saves having to run out and buy bigger and bigger players in the future). The video playback is great as well. Very good resolution, very lifelike. I would highly recommend it for anyone. (don't worry about installing the software that comes with it. I have Vista, and all I did was plug it into my USB Port and waited a couple of minutes, and that was that. It already has software on it, so it merged well with my computer. Nothing more to add). If you're a smart shopper, then this player is for you.

First of all, this media player has good screen quality. Builtin speaker is an additional feature. I currently uploaded 10 DVD movies to this one and I still have a lot of memory to use for my MP3 songs.

Very solid media player for the low price and I reccomend if you are looking for te media player to watch movies on the go.

I used to own an iPod Video(60GB) that I received as a Christmas gift from my friend. I always had trouble using iTune and it always took a long time to transfer/sync all my contents. But latte mp3 has a minimum software install and very intuitive self-explained file transfers for my mp3 and movies. It made my life easier.

This was a good investment! It was really easy to download music to the player. The instructions were simple to follow, which is a plus! It is a lot smaller than what it appears to be on the screen, so it's not competeing for extra space at all. The battery last for a long time and the extra features are great, for example, you can download text from your computer to the latte and pictures. I haven't had any problems with my latte yet and I have had this since Dec 08'...lol!

i bought this mp3 player for my mom who is not good with technology at all and she can easily navigate this. putting on anything is as easy as drag and drop. Great price and works very well. i have a ipod and i think this thing can beat a ipod nano any day it is so slim and light weight, easy to use and also has a big screen which the picture comes out so well on. with ipod you dont get a wall charger, here you get both usb and wall charger!. and there is no slow frustrationg software to work with. just drag and drop

Purchased this 8GB player. Video quality is good, sound quality is good. FM Radio feature is very useful. Photo viewer is also good. Plus it has mini SD slot for extra memory. Built-in Speaker is another plus on this player.

I would recommend this item to everyone.

Latte ICE has all the basic features that I need for Music/Video player. I really like this easy to use interface. Sound and Video quality are perfect for me. Metal case makes it more high-end look. The earphone included is actually very expensive one (I think. I think this is a sound isolating one). Easy to download music and video

Only thing you have to know is... you will need some skills to convert moives and have it played. (not too difficult). Overall I am enjoying it. I recommed this to every music lover out there!!!!

I purchased this MP3 Player as a gift. I downloaded music with ease. I couldn't get the mini-CD AVI downloaded. Called the (408) area code phone number provided by the company many times, no answer. I spent 4 days trying to download video, finally gave-up - unable to reach company. Web site indicates there are AC/DC adapters, but I only received the AC adapter. E-mailed the company's tech support and got a reply 5 days later. I am returning this unit to Target today. Although I am somewhat tech savy I couldn't get the unit to download video and can't really recommend this unit unless you only want to use it for music only. Nice design and easy to follow buttons.
