Great if you hate swallowing

These tablets are terrific for kids or adults who don't like swallowing those gigantic multi-vitamins. Unlike Flintstones chewables, these do not have a nasty metallic aftertaste & have a OK orange flavor. Initially overly sweet, bordering on sour, the flavor quickly neutralizes after you swallow the vitamin with no aftertaste. Texture isn't overly grainy, although parts of the tablet do tend to stick to & in-between your teeth so drinking a small amount of water & swishing will ensure you swallow the entire tablet.
Remember, you should only take multi-vitamins before or after a meal to get the full absorption of the vitamins & minerals into your body's system.
