I have taken Sam-e on and off for over 5 years. Any time my life gets really stressful, I start shutting down, having a hard time focusing or remembering anything. I feel very cloudy and tired all the time. Sam-e fixes all of it within a week of taking the pills! I've never had any side-effects from them. And it is not placebo effect. Many studies have been done testing it's effectiveness. Nothing but rave reviews about this product!

I am currently 7 1/2 months pregnant and a few months ago my doctor put me on Zoloft I looked up the side effects to Newborns or a fetus. And there weren't very many side effects but, I was scared when my friend was also on it last year while pregnant and her twins were born with slight respiratory problems. And there aren't very many test done on Zoloft and pregnant women so I stopped taking it. I found an online article about SAMe and DMG and decided to give SAMe a try it works great I feel much better and it worked faster than Zoloft and its all natural. I thank God for it. Give it a try!

I'd been having a hard time with slight depression. Desperate for a fix I looked into something to help without being on anti-depressants. I came across an article talking about how well SAM-e worked really well. I figured what the hey, worth a shot. I've been talking it for a week now and there's a big improvement already.
Take it from me, if you're looking to naturally get out of the blues, try this product. It works.
