We bought this for my daughter's birthday. She was so excited when she got it. Well when we first opened the case it made a horrible loud noise which it always when you open and close it. But we like um ok.. but the main issue with it was that the projector is absolutely horrible. It is nothing like the pictures on the box or on the commercials either. And in order to get it to somewhat project correctly it was bent an inch from the paper you were suppose to trace the pattern. You couldn't even see well enough to trace the projection. Absolutely horrible. They need to go back to the drawing board with the way it gets projected to the paper

I totally disagree with the first reviewer. You have to make sure you take the plastic film off the little plastic image pieces so that it comes through the projector clearly. My girls love this kit. I only wish it came with more paper in the sketch pad.
