This product worked very well. I've been using it now for 3 weeks, and I haven't had any trouble (ok, the first few days were hard, but aside from that). It's a good deal, as the "name brand" version of the 21 mg patch cost nearly double. The only thing that I reccommend is taking the patch off at night. I had very detailed dreams, which caused a great deal of restlessness.

I have been on this brand patch for almost 8 weeks now. I am now on step 2. It works great! I tried quitting cold turkey many times before and failed. This has made it a lot easier, no cravings, not irritable after a couple weeks. I would suggest taking it off at night, it gave me very vivid dreams and caused my boyfriend to have trouble sleeping. No problems when we take it off at night though. This is also the cheapest patch you'll find.

I used this patch to help myself quit smoking. It has been six weeks and I have not smoked. I was a heavy smoker (ppack a day) for 25 years. No product is going to take the craving away 100% but I could not have gotten this far without the patch. Some reviews I read was that it is not as good as nicoderm cq patch the only difference is the adhesive is not as good but the Target brand never fell off! If someone wants to pay double the price just for better adhesive so be it.
