I haven't had to use it yet but everyone told me that my baby would start to chew on the railing so I went ahead and was proactive and purchased this product. It is soft and is a perfect idea for the situation.

I purchased this teether when I realized that my crib railing was to wide for a gummy rail. It looks great, and not only does it work great for teething babys but it is great padding for leaning over the crib so you don't scratch it. The only problem was with my crib being more solid on the front then most, the velcro wouldn't quite reach. Simple fix, I bought some more velcro and sewed it on. It looks good, and can be removed when we convert the crib to a bed without messing up the finish.

This item has really been worth every penny! We bought a crib that converts all the way to a full size sleigh bed and we didn't want it to be ruined by teething marks. This cover has protected it soooo well. We even bought the side covers set to go with it for good measure. It stays put and baby is thrilled to have his teething toys attached right there with the velcro toy straps. We've never had a problem with him getting the covers off but he can get a toy free every once in a while. Over all, a great product to protect baby and that expensive piece of furniture you've invested in!!!! TWO THUMBS UP!

My son was completely ruining his crib by using the rails as teethers. I could not find a guard large enough to fit his more modern crib in any store. I was so thankful to find this product, then, via the Target website. It is made of quality material, is attractive, and does its job well. My son loves playing with the toys I attached to the inside tabs, as well. I only wish a similar product existed for the side rails. Fortunately, my mother-in-law made me two.

I purchased this for my "rail-chomper" and was initially pleased when it first arrived. It appeared to be well-made and seemed like nice fabric, etc. Before placing it on the crib, I washed it according to the labeled instructions since it would be going straight in my baby's mouth. Upon the first washing, more than one of the seams frayed which has left it looking ragged and worn. Secondly, the velcro attachments for teething toys aren't big enough to hold any of the teething rings we have. I have tried them all. They are designed to hold toys no bigger around than a pencil. Also, my baby can easily remove the rail protector in a matter of minutes. My final complaint would be that after writing in to Leachco's customer service to inform them of my issues, I received no response. Poor customer service is simply intolerable in my book. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone else nor will I purchase any Leachco product in the future. I will likely be replacing it with something else soon, and definitely before baby #2 as I doubt it will withstand many more washings.

This is a really nice crib rail protector and can be washed. I have a 4 month old so not sure how it will match up with the abuse yet. The material is nice and the xl size is great for bulky rails.

I really like this teether, it has a little padding too that prevents some bumps!
