This is the best fitted crib pad and you can't beat the price either. I had bought the sealy brand for my son's and after a couple of washes it fell apart but this one is the best I bought it for my daughter's mattress and I love it, the sides are made out of a soft mesh like material and I have washed it many times and it has never torn or anything. It's stays soft and I would definetly recommend this to anyone!

Two years ago I bought the circo brand crib pad and loved it. I am now expecting another child and needed 2 more. I bought the Circo brand thinking it would be exactly the same, but it wasn't. It melted the very first time I washed it (I dried it on the low delicate cycle just like it said). Also, they changed the design and now the pad is very loud. It sounds like they used a plastic tarp as the inner lining. If you see the Circo pads with the sheep on them (like it shows in the picture), those are the good ones. The ones I have just have diamonds embroidered on them... those are the bad ones.

I received this after registering for it, upon the first washing following the manufaturers directions it shrunk terribly and did no longer fit the crib matress. Spend a few more dollars and purchase another brand!

I am agreeing with those that said this ruined in the wash before the first use. The care instructions on the tag do say "tumble dry low," but once I pulled it out of the dryer, the plastic part had completely melted and ripped -- completely unusable. I'm on here now trying to figure out who I can complain to to get a store credit for the purchase.

I washed and tumble-dried this mattress pad exactly as specified on the packaging, and it both shrank and melted. Piece of garbage. Hopefully Target will let me return it!

I washed and dried this pad per the instructions (gentle cycle wash and low dry), and the "waterproof" lining melted. There are several burned areas and several holes in the lining. Now it is useless - a total waste of money.

I purchased this crib pad, followed all the directions and it still shrunk. Does not come close to fitting the crib mattress. Do not buy...waste of money. Luckily I saved the receipt and I am taking it back to the store today!
