I love the dress overall. Mine does not have a finished hem. I had read the previous review so expected it. The only thing is the dress is turquoise, beige, and brown. In the picture it looked to me to be black instead of brown and I ordered black shoes and shrug to wear with it. My mistake. Be sure to know the dress has brown and not black.

I received this dress yesterday, and it is soft and well-made. Mine had a finished hem, unlike the first reviewer...maybe hers was a mistake? Overall this dress is great quality with a great price. I just wish Mossimo made a similar style that went over the shoulders instead of tying behind the neck.

I'm so glad I bought this online on sale. I bought it in M to accommodate my bottom half (size 8-10, on top 34B/C). It's a perfect fit. I'll wear a slip to make sure it lays right all the time but I really like it. It's floor length on my 5'2" frame. Very nice for pear-shaped bodies. The V in the front is a bit low cut so be careful if you are well endowed. Oh, and the color combo is great too!

I LOVE this dress!! It is so super cute and the fabric is amazingly comfortable!! I usually don't wear sleeveless things, so I have a great DARK BROWN cropped caridgan I wear with it! It looks AWESOME!! The darker color is BROWN, so if you're looking for black, beware!! There is no hem in the bottom of the dress, and I've read that bothers some people. I think for the price and the style, the dress is a phenomenal buy. Also, I'm only 5'2" and this dress is NOT too long! Very difficult to find a maxi dress for shorter girls, but this one is perfect!!

I ordered this dress in black and purple. I was concerned about how it would fit - I really don't like maxi dresses that are big and flowy, I feel swallowed up in them and don't find them at all flattering.
I couldn't be happier with this dress and have received many compliments - even one from a total stranger walking by who asked where she could get one!
I just ordered another one in blue for a fourth of july party.
I am 5'4 and have an hourglass shape. My lumps and bumps are no more or less visible than in any other dress. I found the cut extremely flattering and although the neckline does plunge, it does not do so excessively.
The hem is indeed unfinished but I think it adds to the beachy feel of the dress and I don't think it looks cheap at all. The bottom almost skims the floor on me so it's super cute with flip flops. I wear slightly dressy ones with beaded or sequined embellishments.
The braided tie neck line adds a pretty accent to it that I love and the fabric is a perfect weight that is breathable and cool for hot summer days.
I feel fantastic and pretty wearing this dress, it is perfect for any occasion, dressy or casual you can't be over or under dressed.
I'll be ordering it in every colour that strikes my fancy, I hope target comes out with more colours!!

I am so happy w/this dress! The material is like butter, & it drapes beautifully on my fuller figure. The unfinished hem doesn't bother me. It's so comfortable, and the pattern is lovely as well. LOVE IT!

This dress is very nice for the money. The pattern is pretty, and the fabric is comfortable. The unfinished hem is very cheap, though, and I'm surprised Target doesn't have better quality control. But it's not really noticable when on, and for a trendy summer dress you probably won't wear more than one season, it's not a huge deal.

I just picked this up from the post office, tried it on, and hated it instantly. The cut is a cute concept but this pattern in personal is horrible. I got it in the exploded pattern and I think it is going back, but right now I am still trying it on for the 7th time. Trying to force myself to like it.
