Description

    EA Sports Active features a wide variety of interactive activities combined into a circuit that target both the upper and lower body as well as cardio. Developed in collaboration with fitness experts, including Bob Greene -- renowned exercise physiologist, author and Oprah's personal trainer -- EA Sports Active is a simple, fun and cost-effective way to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for the whole family, though designed specifically for women seeking an entertaining way to work out, EA Sports Active features a wide variety of interactive activities combined into a circuit that target both the upper and lower body as well as cardio, and supports two players to allow family or friends to get fit together. The game provides a new level of motivation with on-screen, real-time feedback on your workout such as calories burned, while also allowing you to adjust intensity levels.

    The package includes two specially-designed leg straps that hold the Wii's Nunchuk controller to track lower body movements, as well as a resistance band to support a number of upper body strength training exercises. Players can run through the 30 Day Challenge, mode, where each circuit feels different and increases in intensity as fitness levels improve. Users can also create their own custom workouts that vary in activity, duration and intensity, and the Wii Balance Board will add functionality to many exercises.

I purchased this game 3 days ago, and I feel great! I have more energy, and I actually feel like I get a full workout rather than with the Wii Fit. My mom also started using this and she said her clothes fit better than they did before she started. I would recommend this game to anyone who not only wants to loose weight but also wants strength training. Best game I bought in a really long time.

I love the new Active from Wii - I still love Wii Fit but it is great to have two different work-outs.

I love this program. You can do a 30 day challenge at easy, medium or hard levels. You can also work out with a friend. It is real challenging. Buy this and you will not be sorry.

I got this game because I want to work out, but dont want to go to the gym. I really love this game. It is much better than a workout DVD because it is interactive and you can choose between lots of different workouts. My kids ages 8 and 7 also use this game and had a great time doing it! They were playing a video game but getting up and exercising!

I love this product! The trainer is really supportive and the exercises are shown with a video. You will really sweat with this and it's fun. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is I can't find or there isn't any way to tell the game that the person using it is a lefty. Very hard to play the tennis when the strokes are backwards from what you are doing. You also have to keep the remote in your right hand which is uncomfortable for this lefty.

This at home trainer is better then even having to go to the gym. You can work out in the comfort of your home and definitely get a real workout. I was on day two on the 30 day challenge and the next day couldn't even walk it works so many muscles. I recommend this product more for adults or teenagers. It definitely is not for children.

The Wii Sports Active product is well made. I am on my 2nd day of the 30-Day Challenge and my body already aches. It gives you different workouts everyday made for you. It asks you different questions on your lifestyle and it clearly shows you how to do wach move. Overall this is a good buy that you will definitely not regret. You just have to stick with it.

I purchased the EA Sports Active a few weeks ago. I am so impressed with this workout. It takes you through step by step and you actually have your own personal trainer in your living room! I am still on the 30 Day Challenge and I would highly reccommend this to anyone. It is well worth the money.
