First of all, this mattress fit our crib perfectly. We purchased the Lauren crib by Graco. The mattress has over 200 coils and it is firm like it should be. It also has a 20 year warranty. The mattress cover is breathable plastic so it will be easy to clean up any messes. No need to spend hundreds of dollars, this mattress is great.

We have this mattress for our twins. This mattress was recommended in baby bargains, but has gone up in price since the book was printed. I am only giving this 4 stars for now until I know how long this mattress truly lasts. The mattress' fabric is plastic (double per baby bargains) so no mattress pad would be needed; I still use one any way. We have the Graco Lauren cribs and fits well. The mattress has more than 200 coils. Does it job.

The mattress fit great in our crib. We bought the 4-n-1 Canton Cherry Crib. I only gave it 4 stars because the baby isn't born yet and we don't really know how he'll sleep on it or how it lasts. The price is great also. The other mattresses either felt too soft or too hard this one seemed to be a happy medium.

I purchased this mattress in Oct 2008, my daughter was not born until Dec 2008. She has only been sleeping in her crib for a month and the mattress is already sinking! I did tons of research before purchasing anything for my daughter. Based on the number of coils this is supposed to be a good mattress.

I just got this mattress after reading up on all the options out there. It seemed nice, soft but not too soft, and a good price. However I put it in our new Da Vinci Alpha crib and there is a lot of room on each side - I can put 2 fingers in easily on the sides. It fits perfectly at the ends - nice and tight, but there is so much room on the sides I will have to take it back. I measured it and it only measured 27.25 inches, not the 27.5 that it states on the Target site.

Mattress is fine for a toddler, but way too soft for a newborn. We had originally purchased this mattress for our newborn, but after feeling the difference between our first son's mattress which cost more we noticed a huge difference in the firmness. We gave this mattress to our two year old (which he loves to jump on).

We purchased this for our now 17 month old before he was born. It fits great in his bonavita crib. We are due in August with another boy and I am going to buy this same matress again. We are very please with it.

We purchased this mattress for our newborn after the Simmons mattress did NOT fit our Simmons crib (go figure!) The mattress is not nearly as firm as the Simmons and is not made as well. Our son is 13 weeks and he is a big boy at 16.5 pounds. I noticed a month ago that the mattress is starting to sag in the center. I have even rotated it.

Average mattress for a higher price.

i registered for this item when i was pregnant with my first child. he is now two years old and i just got another one, for my second child. my first is still sleeping great on his original mattress. we transfered the first mattress to his toddler bed, he sleeps great and loves going to bed. the new mattress is in the crib awaiting the arrival of baby number 2. fits perfectly in both the crib and the toddler bed. definitely a great mattress for a great price.
