This is all-in-one MP3 player.
First of all, it has a FM transmitter that I can set the Frequency channel and listen to music on my car stereo. No need to buy an extra FM transmitter.
Second, 2 megapixel camera and camcorder. Picture quality is pretty good and the most I like about this camera is the response time. When I take the picture, this one takes it immediately compare to the other add-on featured camera which I had to wait for more than 3 seconds after I take the picture.
Most of all, this player has stereo speaker which has a decent sound volume for lstening to music or watching movie.
No need to convert any movie files. I can download any movie files from Youtube which is flv format and just load it to my ivu and play.
One thing that I noticed is the battery life when using the transmitter. It consumes little bit more battery when transmitting the music to my car. But it came with the car charger that I can charge the player on the go, so it doesn't really matters. I hope this helps.

This one was actually better than what I expected.
not like other cheap mp3, very solid and has great specs.
2.0 mpx camera quality is not so bad at all.
Built in FM transmitter is brilliant idea.
I am giving 4 stars because it is not touch screen.
Other than that, I would recomend it.

I got me ivu 8gb, and I am very satisfied.
Big screen with great speaker.
Best thing I like about ivu is built in FM transmiter.
I can play my mp3 and listen to it from car radio!!wow.
I didn't even know what was FM transmiter is, but it is very very awsome thing to have.
you can take a not just a photo but video too with 2mpx camera.
I like it a lot.

I am really amazed on how bright and wonderful the colors are. WOW! I mean, the whole player is great. Movies, pictures, music, ebook, radio, etc. But I was stunned on how great everything looks on that screen. I totally recommend this player, it's a great toy to have.

I am really pleased with this purchase. Performs as advertised. Best thing about it - it's not an iPod! Like the ease of file transfer (just drag and drop). I use the "text reader" more than I thought I would. Very convenient, compact and light weight. After a month of use - no problems to report. Would be nice if you could use it to hook up to a t.v. and it had "storage expansion." But, for around I don't think you can go wrong... If considering - buy it.

Basically, I want my money back!!...My 12 yr old insisted on buying this product, and upon receiving it, even she packed it back in the box and gave it back to me....for the money, its not worth it. The sound is weak, and it just looks cheap!

I was thinking of buying a new iPod because of the video camera, but I found the latte ivu which is supposed to have a better video camera. when I received it, I tested out the video camera at first. The picture quality is OK, but I liked the recording time is not limited to certain duration. I can shoot the videos as long as I want. I also utilize the FM transmitter in my car often. I think ivu has far more features than my old iPod.

I love this pmp player but there are a couple glitches the radio is very weak its all staticky and i find it hard to put songs on it but every thing else its great
