received my bike in 2 days, i am very happy with my bike, i would recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for a good electric, make sure to get the second battery for the bike, you'll love having the secone battery, go double the distance, like i do.

My husband wanted an electric bike so that he could get some exercise going to work (8 miles away), without working up too much of a sweat. I wasn't sure he'd use it regularly - but he really likes it, and is riding it to work at least 3 days a week. Also, he has a lower back injury that occasionally flares up - so the "comfort" design of this model (designed so you ride sitting up straight rather than bent forward) has been great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that it is nearly impossible to remove the back tire (because of the motor). He ran through some thorns and got a flat tire. The patch he put on didn't hold, so he wanted to take the tube off of the wheel, and couldn't find any help in the manual. After talking to biking friends, he just put some flat tire sealant into the tube (which you can do without removing the tube/wheel), which has worked fine. Don't know what we'll do if the tube needs to be replaced...
