My 18-month old loves to wear these shoes around the house because they are so sparkly. But they don't stay on, so she can't walk around in them outside or anywhere without having to stop every few minutes to put her heel back in. With or without socks they keep slipping off the back of her foot. A shoe with a strap closer to the ankle would be much better.

My daughter had these shoes on for 1 hour before they were scuffed leaving a white mark where the glitter had been. They are so cute, but not well made and won't last long.
I used a red sharpie to color in the white scuffs, and no one will notice that but me.

My toddler was Dorothy for Halloween, and these were the shoes we bought. Halloween is over, but she still wears these shoes everywhere, and she gets compliments on her "Dorothy" shoes all the time! The glitter does come off a bit, but she's worn them quite a bit with no scuffing so far. Really, I don't think you can NOT have glitter coming off. Even if you spend more and get the Princess brand at Payless, you will get the same thing. It's glitter basically glued to the shoes, so I guess I didn't have the expectation that the glitter was permanent. My daughter has worn these several times and has never complained about the fit. She begs to wear them all the time. Also, they stay on her feet well. We've never had a problem with them coming off. We're buying a pair in silver glitter just like these for her upcoming baptism, and she's psyched!

my daughter saw these in a store and love them, I thought they were cute and she wears them on a weekend and to dance each week. they have held up well and she smiles saying that she is just like dorthy, we also receive lots of compliments on them.

My daughters 3yrs and 6yrs have both had these shoes in different colors for quite a few months. Yes, they do scuff at the top of the shoes from frequent wear however my girls wore these shoes until they were completely wore out and no longer fit anyway. I am getting these in the next bigger size. Neither one had a problem with them hurting their feet although when I first got them I got them about a size bigger for growth room.

My daughter was so excited about these shoes! She wore them for the first day of school and came home crying because her feet hurt so bad by the end of the day. They might become more flexible over time but unfortunately my 5 year old was unwilling to give them a chance. I would recommend breaking them in for a little while before wearing them for a long period of time.
